The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from us and/or after successfully making a payment, when required.

5. Guest responsibilities
Guests are obliged to:

• to notify in advance about children or pets;
• to protect the property, furnishings and equipment;
• not to disturb the peace of neighbors or other guests;

6. Children and pets
Children are allowed when compatible with the specific property's terms and conditions. Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of children during their stay.
Pets are allowed only if specifically permitted by the property. Additional terms, fees, or restrictions may apply. Guests are responsible for any damage, soiling, or disturbance caused by pets.
7. Liability for damages
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or breakages caused to the property, furnishings, equipment or common areas during their stay.
If damage is found, payment of the costs of repair, replacement, cleaning or restoration may be required.
8. Availability and changes
